In essence, ESCC is intended to operate similarly to a privately held REIT, but largely closed to shareholders unaffiliated with the Emerald Standard family of companies.

Future Extensions

Profit-share potential can eventually extend into scholarships, venture capital, private lending, and other member-focused initiatives where the economics make sense.
